PAYMENT OPERATION OFFICER (CHECKER), TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATIONS
Responsibilities
To manage and control payment operations by constantly reviewing transaction process and ensuring adherence to existing procedures/policies and standard of service.
To manage resources in his/her area, and Payment Operations department as a whole.
To control and check data in all systems applicable for Payments- Outward & Inward SKN
Outward & Inward RTGS
Outward & Inward Cheque Clearing
Outward & Inward Telegraphic Transfer
Outward & Inward Cheque Collection
Demand Draft Issuance
Stop Payment & Query handling
To ckelewat / over other Checker, both in Domestic and Overseas Payments, in daily tasks whenever he or she is on leave.
To support supervisor efforts in people management and process improvements.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ recognized banking experience in Payment Operations with supervisory role of at least 2 years.
Good knowledge of BI regulation on payment/fund transfer activities and any other related regulations that relates to those activities (e.g. SKN (Sistem Kliring Nasional), RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement), SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication).
Computer literates.
High initiative, detail oriented, quick learner and fast worker.
Good command of English both mulut and written.
